Atkins Park Garden Club photographs
This collection contains images of homes built in the early 20th century in the Atkins Park neighborhood, Atlanta, Georgia. A variety of architectural styles are represented including Georgian Revival, American Craftsman, and English Tudor. The photographs also provide details of landscape styles as well as popular shrubs and ornamental plants used in front yard gardens. Of special note are two images of the neighborhood stone entrance gateways.

Atlanta Basketball League minutes founding meeting minutes
This collection contains typed minutes from the first Atlanta Basketball League meeting in which the league was established, officers were elected, and a rules and schedule committee were created. Teams represented in the meeting include Knights of Columbus, General Office, Fifth Infantry, and Wesley House Athletic Club. Shelley Ivey (1879-?), the newly elected secretary, wrote handwritten corrections on the minutes.
Atlanta, Birmingham and Atlantic Railroad Photograph Collection
The photographs in this collection were taken on June 19, 1908, the occasion of the running of the “Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Special,” the first regular passenger train of the Atlanta Division of the Atlanta, Birmingham, and Atlantic Railroad. The photographs were taken by Abananza Studios of Atlanta, Georgia.
Atlanta, Birmingham & Coast Railroad land grant documents
This collection contains a binder of official documents issued by the United States War Department concerning land-grant equalization between the federal government and railroad companies. Also included is a map of land grant and bond-aided railroads.
